The Andros Boutique Hotel is a Cape Dutch homestead, built in 1908 and designed by Sir Herbet Baker. Restored and updated, the house is set in large, mature park-like gardens in the heart of Claremont, one of Cape Town’s beautiful Southern suburbs. The Manor house is furnished in an elegant and traditional style, complementing the original features in this beautiful graceful home.
Start the morning with a lazy breakfast on the terrace. Unwind after a long day touring, sight-seeing or playing a round of golf, with a good book in the serene sunroom or the quiet drawing room.
Set in the garden are 8 spacious bedrooms, each with its own veranda and view over the lush garden. The 4 original bedrooms in the manor house, each individually decorated in a traditional style, have beautiful garden and mountain facing views. The Suite has a separate entrance and living area as well as a private swimming pool. The Garden Suites offer spacious and luxurious accommodation. The rooms are furnished with all the luxuries to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Ginkgo Petite Spa @ The Andros has 3 treatment rooms with fully qualified beauticians on duty daily where you can spoil yourself with a personalised treatment to suit the every guest’s needs. The Baker Conference room has all the necessary equipment for small intimate conferences and can set up to 20 delegates comfortably.
Enjoy some of the freshly prepared cocktails or pre-dinner drinks in the champagne room adjacent to the restaurant, where superb food is served.
Dine at the Andros is an intimate 34-seater restaurant that offers a romantic and elegant dining experience. The menus from Chef Ryan Donald change regularly to reflect the seasons. Well-sourced ingredients provide an exciting, sumptuous a la carte menu to suit all tastes and are complemented by an excellent wine list.
The Andros is conveniently situated near all major tourist attractions. Kirstenbosch and the Constantia Winelands are around the corner while the Waterfront and popular beaches are a mere 15-minute drive. The idyllic setting and excellent service make The Andros the perfect venue for any occasion.
The Deluxe Rooms have twin beds that can be converted into a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Double rooms with either a lounge area or writing desk and chairs. Can be sold as a single unit as well.
The Executive Suite has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower and his and her basins and a private courtyard. The unit has a private entrance and other facilities include DStv, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a fireplace, private swimming pool and patio.
The Garden Suite is a large suite with extra-length twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower and his and her basins. There is a separate lounge and dining area and a small terrace. Other facilities include tea- and coffee-making facilities, a Nespresso machine, DStv and air-conditioning. Rates include comped in-room mini bar and pantry cupboard and daily laundry services.

Claremont, in the heart of the Southern suburbs and situated only 9.5 km south of the City Centre, is a bustling and popular suburb of Cape Town.
