The Rose Cottage is a garden cottage located on the owner’s property, situated in Claremont. The property is within close proximity to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre, and Newlands cricket and rugby stadiums.
This fully furnished cottage has its own private verandah and entrance, and consists of open-plan living. The cottage is equipped with 1 double bed in the living area, and there is a small room with 1 single bed. The bathroom features a shower and basin, and there is a separate toilet. The kitchenette contains heat- and eat-appliances such as a bar fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine.
In addition, the cottage contains a TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player, a library of DVD’s, and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Guests have full access to the large garden and pool on the property.
